into a company that needs access to cash. not only do they have to raise the authorized to pay for the sale but they also have to raise it to raise capital for operations. won't be surprised to see 3 billion authorized to cover all the dilution needed. makes it quite an expensive stock right now. .001 or less is more reasonable.
