typical pump and dump. oil and gas qb company equals dilutionville. folks might as well burn their money or use it for a campfire. this is type of business that requires billions of shares to raise financing. old move. a solid trch company would have been a better choice. oil and gas only spells dilution and endless losses for shareholders. they never pan out.
