Share increase for acquisitions and expansion is a good thing. That's the part that so many miss. Spending money to make money is a good thing.

OS went up 1 billion shares

Restricted went up 1 billion shares

Unrestricted remains the same

Difference in SS is due to restricted share increase on OS. Restricted shares are given out to insiders/institutional investors.

Without cash, shares are used for acquisitions. Let’s hope they’ve bought something that adds shareholder value for the added share count.
