It's obvious both sides want this to happen... I think it's just a problem with the SEC needing all the details submitted properly and the companies failing to hire the knowledgeable people to get it done... We may be close unless the SEC has some serious concerns that can't be satisfied....but my gut feel is that is not the case...
It will be very interesting on how Platinum Energy trades after the deal is done... Right now the daily volume is almost nonexistant, but the pps is steady and actually on a slight uptrend... CMF doesn't look good...yet...but the Bollies are tightening!!!
