Nice little board you have here. Count me in as one of the new buyers over the past few days. BESV needs to catch a few breaks but it looks to me like they have as good a shot as any bk company can have. Its good to hear that remand and remove procedures for the state court litigations is under consideration - I'm thinking its more a time issue to draft the stuff because its a no brainer to pull this stuff in here unless they already have a sympathetic judge in place at state court level. Any ideas what caused that first derrick to fail? Common thing?
