#96931 RE: IPwatcher #96930

With the medical issues, I believe there's a factual core to them because why would a doctor risk their freedom and livelihood to lie so he could avoid trial? He also doesn't seem to have been in the best of shape, and I imagine that the influx of cortisol after being caught easily could have created something so while I agree that a second opinion seems warranted, my personal belief is that there is probably an actual basis to them. I'm glad that nobody else will get scammed as I don't know how the Pedima nonsense went on for as long as it did, but knowing older people with medical conditions makes it difficult for me to celebrate his current predicament but I do understand why many, especially his victims, would.

Regarding why his lawyer left, I agree there could be something there, especially if he found out about the loans. I imagine that would have been incredibly awkward. It seems that all everybody exposing the Pedima and delivery myths accomplished was leading him to set his sights on investment banks. Maybe that's better. Maybe it's not. I'm not sure.
