This is not a company that has a product or sales or revenue and earnings per share consideration. If you are hoping for a settlement of .50 - $1 per share and you get .30 or .60 would you have a problem with it this is a long game moving closer to trial dates multiple lawsuits and in my opinion more coming

WTF? Flat out WRONG! Share count went up ZERO shares on Friday! Authorized shares went up, Outstanding shares went up ZERO!

Share count raised to 5 billion form 3.5 billion Friday! This sucks! Wtf?
