To all the Congressman and Senators, UST can innovatively turn the GSE issue into a all-win ending in 12 months.

1. Buy out all the Commons at $10. Total cost is $20B.
2. Redeem all the JPS at face value. Total cost is $40B.
3. re-IPO Fannie and Freddie in the market. With $20B earning a year, they will be worth $200B.
4. issue new JPS to make another $100B.
5. Do away all the lawsuits
6. Avoid the refund of NWS overpayments of $150B.

It is all-win and easy.
