So, who should criticism be directed at, the amazon drivers??

Criticism should be directed at the lack of a real investor relations department monitored by a woman who is plainly over her head as can be confirmed by anyone who has spoken to her.

This is all part of the job of the CEO but he doesnt give a flying **** about IR or shareholders concerns

I bet he near vomits every time he feels he has to lower himself to speak to shareholders on his quarterly calls.

I do agree Imanjen, they need a spin Dr. , but maybe they don't want to draw to much attention to themselves due to the nature of the drug they make, and the competition. Could get a little dicey. It's in such high demand.
