Don’t care about a patent in Japan that apparently will never be used, or the holding from the shareholders because they didn’t want to get sued {LOL} But I am interested in that 10k you say will be out today or Monday. How would you know that?

Also, instead of announcing at the time of it being granted, the company formalized the grant by paying for it and then receiving the Certificate. This would allow the company to not be sued in which case was a much wiser decision. Yeah L-O-L, Dowling held onto it for quite a while (almost 3 months) just so they could release it when CWBHF reported. How lame haha. You'd think from the patent announcement lawsuit settlement they would have learned their lesson about playing games with patent announcements to manipulate shareholders, but nope, same old games...
