the defendants can respond or not 30 days published then they have another 20-30 days to respond. i'm sure the people in question are aware of what's going on and i wouldn't be surprised if they ignore any further attempts to be served. could drag out for a bit.
Polite reminder that they were dismissed early because the defendants were properly served and contested the cancellation. Thus, to avoid lengthy litigation, GVSI voluntarily dismissed the claims and is not seeking to cancel the shares. It doesn't mean that the shares were canceled early.
The original timeline is still valid for service by publication. Remember, it has to be PUBLISHED for four weeks, the entire process takes longer than that.
