XALL is proving to be the exception to the rule.

Most PINX having experienced an explosive run like XALL would have returned to the accumulation base (.0025-.003) by now.

Two things I consider…
If there is a large amount of dilutive shares hitting the market the PPS would be in the .002s.
If there is a large amount of dilutive shares hitting the market they aren’t being sold off because they are waiting for pending volume and PPS driving news

You can’t have it both ways.
According to Weekly OTC securities updates, there are no dilutive shares hitting the market.
