Read an article yesterday that said WATER is the new OIL boom. Billionaires are buying all water rights. Just charged a man in Oregon for putting 3 detention ponds on his 170 acrea farm. Said it was illegal ! In Texas the State owns ALL the water. If you have a well you have to monitor usage and pay State. Just saying supply and demand still affects price? GLTA
