I fact checked some details in the picture. It was wet and cloudy. It was raining in Tucson yesterday. The tree in the picture is also in the satellite picture. The cell tower is in the satellite picture. The light poles in the back of the picture are the street lights along Interstate 10. I deem the picture accurate..

I was also surprised to see eight rail cars. You don't buy that much propane unless you have the ability to pay for it, and if you don't already have somewhere for it to go.
