To approve a...

1. buyout?
2. merger?
3. Bylaws/name change?
4. debt restructure?
5. privatization
6. delisting --folding up shop

What makes the most sense from a time specific aspect requirement? I'm sorta stuck on 1 and 2. The rest I can't see the need to rush.
