At the 36 minute mark, Mark Selner asked the initial question and then I followed up time marked 39:28 (already knowing the answer, but for those trying to pick apart, I gave ken the opportunity to spell it out clearly for those needing a hand to hold)
So yes...he did CLEARLY state it's debt not owed, but able to use as a Tax Write-off...LOL
