Uh gee...because NONE of other "mergers" came to fruition in the way of a merger in a certain time frame that HE set down in PR. His stipend isn't tied to a time frame of payment or else it won't happen,it's an ongoing occurrence each month on the first.
Seriously dude,go look at the financials. See the part where that stipend debt is adding up each quarter??
Get real...you don't think he can't dilute the hell out of this stock to pay himself? And his shares aren't worth any profit, bet he paid more for them that what they are now worth. Stay tuned and let's see if any massive dilution happens to pay his ongoing tab. I'm betting it WILL and he needs no shareholder approval to do so.
