On February 17, 2021, the Company determined that the acquisition of Bio Hydro LLC would not be completed and canceled the outstanding shares of preferred stock Series B.

The Company agreed in principle to acquire Smart Brand Digital LLC from Hans Enriquez, with the acquisition to be closed later in 2021.

The Company completed the acquisitions of Smart Brand Digital LLC, Dazed, Inc., Counterculture Brands, Inc. and Craft Herbs LLC, all from Hans Enriquez, the Company's CEO, all in August 2021
