The article is incorrect and missing important information. The price is $600,000 and not $500,000. In addition, it is not a done deal until SIRC pays the full amount. As of right now, we don’t even know if they made any payment. They did release an 8-K but the company did not bother to PR this important news. We need real news and not hypes. Company is broke.
