That's your interpretation, it does not say that

Meaning disinfectants like PCTs are second choice, not the preferred disinfectant.

It does say this (EPA)

disinfectants with an EPA claim for C. difficile (List K) have been used effectively against C. auris.

I never said that PCT was on list P. You can wait all you want.

still waiting for the evidence PCT has a kill claim for c auris

PCT's Hydrolyte is deemed effective against C. auris and may be used for the disinfection of C. auris based on it's appearance on list K.
