When he made the claim in February that Calasse would win, I thought maybe his proximity to the courthouse could have given him insight somehow. But it sounded suspicious so I didn't put any weight into it.
To wait over a month to make a follow up tweet claiming to know that the decision went the opposite way is enough to confirm he knows nothing. Also, if it was already decided and with the clerk, I highly doubt it would take until the end of the week to be filed. That bit of hedging makes it seem like a complete guess based on timing alone.
