As I referenced, I do believe there's a reason why at this time Berman has been added as a Director - the question is: what is the grand plan, as this can go in several different directions.

We do know that Berman has been involved in taking Harborside public - is it possible that he would like to back in his current company into an already publicly traded company? Merging a producer/supplier with a transportation/cash logistics company could be quite attractive to future investment. Hoping something materializes in the not-too-distant future!
