FRC needs to raise over $50 Billion in new capiital - nott deposits, they are not net capital - butt $50B via equity and whatever bonds they can issue (if ANYONE would buy a bond issued by FRC now they are nuts).

Good luck finding the suckers willing to buy $50B in new issue stock. Current market cap is $2B.
