I believe that Ivan Sanchez lost the city council election last time he ran.

And Cooley brought in Sanchez as a puppet CEO and Cooley doesn't want to build a real business he is in the share selling business.

Obviously you don't understand how these OTC scams operate.

Sanchez hasn't done anything of value - he can't get the name or ticker symbol changed.
