I saw that, another restricted junk issued. I figure they are being used to pay "services" or some other work from some outsiders around the company for the merger or filings or whatever. Just a guess. As long as they are restricted I don't care too much, the O/S will go up big time anyway soon if the merger closes.

Now we are at 14,029,144 (2023-03-27)

I’m not concerned personally but I see this as a deterrent for current share holders and prospective new shareholders.

Getting back to the $15 high last year would be a much higher valuation now with these added shares but we knew they were going to add and issue after that AS increase.

Hope for more clarity soon on how these shares will add value
