Interesting that Larry Kudlow blames Covid instead of himself. Watt tried to stop the first sweep under President Trump, but Mnuchin insisted it continue as the President's inner circle (Kudlow) wanted to continue using their equity for "other purposes". The sweep continued until the Enbanc ruling. Even Calabria sent one sweep to Treasury.
