Like for Nader being hunted by the SEC/DOJ: until this was publicly confirmed by the SEC, some investors, against all odds and all facts, had chosen to believe that it was not the case, that it would be short-sellers who would get attacked by the SEC, and other pieces of nonsense like that, etc... this was a disastrous move, that has crashed a long time ago against the wall of reality. Same here. Cyrus is pursuing the muddy, murky games of his predecessors and all the pieces are there to know the the Titanic is sinking. It's only a matter of waiting to hit the ocean floor or making the decision a little bit earlier, while life vests and boats are still available.
