Gotcha CB although I disagree that any charges have been added to the main case. If you meant maybe they are under seal I get that.
But I went back and looked at the Indictment and the Superceding Indictment came out 05-10-21 which both came out before the USA vs Svorai case was referred to the Grand Jury which was 06-29-21.
The charges match perfectly with the charges currently showing on the docket so no charges were added.
I think they definitely held back the indictment that the Grand Jury returned from the new charges and used it as leverage against Svorai. I also think if they were going to charge anyone else it definitely would have been done by now.
We should see the terms of the plea agreement for Svorai in the next week or two. With Taieb ... it showed what the Feds charged and what they dropped.
I would like to see the USA vs Svorai case officially terminated just to close the book on it.
I know you are convinced MF was in on it and maybe they dont have enough to do anything else which should still get MF and CATV cleared and OTCM should not have any further reason to keep CE on ... but it could also mean he got bamboozled just like the rest of us, victim of Svorai and collateral damage of this being used as leverage in the other case.
They are all out to make money and whether it is true, not true or true but cant prove it ... things to ponder. Shareholders have been hurt significantly by all this and it will be interesting to see what happens next but it is looking entirely possible the CE could get lifted after all this. A lot more shares out there too but not much else any of us can do right now except hope for the best.
