Howdy-Ho Good Neighbors!!

I'm pretty sure the article says he's the "President". I have problems with big words sometimes, but I can spell CEO and I don't see it in reference to Cyrus Arman,Ph.D., president, CytoDyn.

If anyone doubts my crappy vision they can check for themselves.
