Post in early 2022 mentioned 60 days. That never happened. Genesis everyone thought was closed then nope. Right now SMCE owns nothing just management. It is a shell company until it actually acquires something with actual operations. I have a lot of shares but not super optimistic. Chuck Provini announced a merger for Natcore almost 5 years ago. That never happened either. Since then it’s been delisted off the TSX. Nothing has happened. He is a king of LOI’s but a zero on execution. Obviously only time will tell if anything actually happens here. Being that SMCE is a shell company anything they will acquire will amount to much dilution. How much value will be there for stock in the shell who knows. There will most likely be a 1 for 100 reverse split or more. Just have to hope the companies if they actually close on them are worth more than the shares issued to them.

Maybe you were thinking about this one from 2/21/2023:

SMC receives $300,000 from Genesis; $50,000 upon Agreement execution and $250,000 within sixty (60) days thereafter;

You were right on the Feb 7 date
It’s just that it’s from 2022. And over a year before any release that may or may not have anything to do with that one. Timelines mean nothing to these guys. They will be late coming out with their annual report just like they were late with every quarterly report. Until they actually close on something it’s just a company with a billion shares and no operations.
