Appears you might have some knowledge to the medical field business and possible the insurance side of it. I deal with the auto insurance daily myself being in the collision repair business and can tell you "who is fair and who is shit" as far as the claims practices and processes and if they fight on what should be paid as services rendered or if they play the normal game of this is our "guidelines" which does not fly with me. I always respond to that with "Please look up the definition of "Guidelines" in the Webster dictionary then look up the definition of "Rule or Law" as there is a clear difference and they always pay. I can tell you 1st hand as the ones that are "fair" always have the highest markets share and the others are just the "bottom feeders" and end up going out of business or go thru several name changes before they do.
Do you have any 1st hand knowledge of "Alliance MOS LLC" or "Innova" as how their claims practices are and what category they are possibly in "fair or shit" as I state. To me that will be the true potential of this possible acquisition becoming jut a blip on the radar or great.
