For the past 3 months EAC maintain trades above $10.00 Assume at the time of the merger it open at ten dollar then the math should be 9.6B divide by 1/1000 = 9.6 million shares.

Bankers and the Institutions total 24 sponsor fund 72.87% are park their money on the trust account with the interest. That is part of the SPAC. Merger happen then they should and always pull their money out the table.
