Why would they r/s out of the gate. Makes no sence. Ken threw that RS out there because he had no inntention of merging with plpl. If he didn't do that and they ran this to a penny and no deal with EV came that is a suicide mission for EV. Always had that in the back of my mind. How come none of his partners were buying shares. They knew there was no deal. People are still mad but if he didnt do that he would be getting sued. He used plpl for his private finance partners to get better financing terms.
