The current story is that WC won’t allow the note to be paid off. Who has ever heard such a thing? WC won’t accept note payment, believe that crap? Only reason they have is they stand to make too much money with shares at 0.0004 which they sell at market.. such a deal!

Without the concession number for Guerrero……no gold. Whole Guerrero story was to sell shares from the note. Problem is they can’t try to sell the “WC is a friendly lender and the money was needed to help start up” while pushing the Guerrero story. The two completely contradict each other.

Because the note holder makes way more money endlessly converting shares into the storyline? He wouldn’t want to simply be paid back.
