they want to go private is my thought. re instating a .02 buy back would be more efective now that they have trust from the .03 buy back. unless the conversion lets them not disclose. they could be paying them selve 2 mil a year for all we know. we need a proxy, can u proxy a no filing pink?

Chilar AGREE. I had a long conversation with someone late last week. All I can say is I believe and will buy on dips for the next 12 mo's. STAY LONG and be patient. There is a plan. I am down 17K. and have been down as much 37K. I am now a 2 yr owner and expect to be one for life.
