Surprised no one shared any options on the 10Q yet.

I’ll go first:

Was glad to see we finally have revenue reported $226k for the first three months is decent for now in my opinion. Was expecting more assets but maybe they didn’t merge those in yet?

I’d like to know more about the general and administrative expense of $1,033,333 that “consists of professional fees and other costs incurred in connection with maintaining the Company’s filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the payment of vendors associated with the issuance and trading of the Company’s securities, such as transfer agent fees.“
