MMEX has just filed another pre14C, taking the AS from 1Bn to 10Bn shares - that's after the most recent "adjustment" that took it to a billion and change.
As Mad Jacki-boi has clearly demonstrated, he'll dilute all the way to the AS, to generate more cash to stuff into his pockets, relying on the gullible, those who don't care about the past, etc. to enable that. Round after round of massive dilution, followed by a wash-out, then repeat. Sadly, the world never runs out of gullible suckers.
