the contract is an agreement...and things can change by "mutual agreement":...
sometimes changes can be made or certain parts of previous agreements can be superceded by other agreements such as JOINT VENTURES...in other cases, simple ammendments to contracts can be made when mutually agreed upon...or when it comes to things like chump change, they just document the change between themselves...
nobody in business sweats the small crap...change is always happening...flexibility is necessary...
