Agreed in general. But don't think it would impact beam radiation dose as much as chemo. Likely in cases where some chemo is used prior to Radiogel treatment, it would much less and shorter duration chemo vs. chemo treatment alone. Have always said Radiogel would be great addition to toolbox. My point is Radiogel, if approved, would often used in combination with other treatments for best odds of success.
