TKS,
There is nothing to talk about in ECSL fantasyland unless or until ECSL completes this Lorton deal and provides the details of the transaction. If you were to ignore all the bullish ECSL rhetoric, you'd know exactly that same thing as someone who hasn't heard any of it. The deal isn't closed. Period.
Despite having a definitive PSA and a signed contract with a lender, ECSL still cannot find its way to PR the details of the transaction. What they are buying, how much it costs and how it's going to be paid for is typically provided almost immediately when an acquisition is announced. And considering what this company is today, it's all material information. Of course there could be some confidentiality clause involved, however with Lorton passed, anything like that should be waived after all this time. They've had signs on the property for example. Highly confidential eh ?
Outside of the ECSL shareholder updates which are nothing more than moving timelines and providing a glimpse into mgmt not knowing what they are doing, there's nothing to talk about as nothing happens without this land deal closing first.
I've stated for 2 years this deal doesn't happen without industry players getting involved. Maybe that is happening now. With some industry backing and partnership, ECSL could get it done easily.
