Yea I dont know the deal with OTCN.... when this was sub penny OTCN had the same damn playbook.
The OS etc didnt move then when they held it down below 0.01... they doing it again lately last week or so now. Keeping an eye on OTCM updates again with this here... if it isnt higher, and I also dont think there is any conversions or anything of that nature going on either, that would mean OTCN is just selling shares short to make the market a bit at these levels.
