You're definitely onto something.

Whatever the prices quoted in the SEC filings for the different LPC Agreements is EXACTLY where Elite's stock price drifted to.

1. When the LPC Agreement had a price of .10, the stock AUTOMATICALLY drifted down to .10 or just below .10

2. When the LPC Agreement had a price of .03, the stock AUTOMATICALLY drifted down to .03 or just below .03 (where we are right now).

Here's what's SCARY - If Nasrat had lowered the LPC price to .0001, we would currently be at .0001, basically worthless.

HOWEVER, if Nasrat RIGHT NOW enters a new agreement with LPC and writes .15 in the agreement, Elite's stock would AUTOMATICALLY skyrocket to .15, making us 5 TIMES our money.

Conclusion: WHATEVER Nasrat states the LPC price should be, the stock AUTOMATICALLY goes to that EXACT level, whether high OR low.

The market may wonder why he lowered it to $0.03, basically where Elite has traded for years now
