Oh don’t be mistaken. Seagen has an antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) that treats cancer and is just entering phase 1. It doesn’t have MRNA vaccine to treat cancer.

This is what the CEO of Pfizer said:

“1-in-3 people in the world are going to have cancer in their lifetime…This is something like the mRNA for vaccines, [but] this is for cancer.”

So here he was referring to Seagen’s ADCs. So I’m pretty sure they would be very much interested to have the K1-1 and Adva-27a. Not to mention our covid treatment in the pipeline!!

SBFM has a poor history with the FDA & SEC.

They have a history of misleading, lack of transparency, and pissing off most investors since their inception.

They can also submit an IND for research purposes and not clinical trials.

This fraudulent company is not forthcoming, they are in a financial mess, cannot sell shares to raise money, nor have they gained any momentum or secured “financial assistance” to continue operations past 2023.

Their own filing stated they can’t fundraise nor get anymore cash on “their” terms.
