Of course he won't get max, BUT there will be time added for being the leader of the conspiracies and taking NO accountability. I'm guessing the guidelines will be 17-25 years. Davila has been going on the lower side of the guidelines, but 17 years is a long time.

Holmes goes in tomorrow to find out Davila will deny her request to stay out of prison while she appeals (I'm basing this off of the Balwani decision). So the next Schena hearing will be to deny his request for a new trial (unless something odd is discovered in the first trial), a sentence date, then a report to prison date.
