As far as the name change to Botanical United Life Sciences, Inc., they first need to file the corporate action (name change) in Texas, where they are incorporated.

Until they do that, they’re still Apple Rush, regardless of what they may plan to do.

At last check, they still had not filed their annual report with TX, much less the name change.
