The weighted average can be but NOT WILL BE converted. You spin the wheel stated all the series A B C D are convertible into 9,677,967,424 diluted common shares that is WRONG AND THAT IS MISLEADING TO EVERY READER HERE.

The EAC merger agreement states they shall all convert. AND WILL B E CONVERT TO SERIES A Not convert into 9,677,967,424 common dilute stock. Specially FAKE .0029 THAT IS A JOKE! Oh I forgot which broker gave you that advice? ROTFLMAO:))))))))))

Weighted average shares outstanding refers to the number of shares of a company calculated after adjusting for changes in the share capital over a reporting period. With that in mind, that is not toxic note convert dilute share. Even the stupidest person on the planet won't make those assumptions. Everyone knows the conversion rate for the preferred series A B C D. Nobody here stupid to assume they will convert all Series A B C D to common dilute 9 billion shares dumping on the open market.
The average volume here is less than one million per day. Diluted amount of 9,677,967,424 common shares that is not possible.

The EAC merger agreement states they shall all convert. Yes that true, the preferred Series A B C D outstanding are converted to restricted Buyer Class A Common Stock. Pay attention to what I say only the outstanding can be converted.

Finally, you don't have to worry about that. Leave that to the reader here they can tell who is an a$$ and the criminal manipulates the stock.

Those 9,677,967,424 convertible shares will move into $EAC at a rate of 0.0029 shares,
so they become 28,066,105 28M shares of EAC.

and there is a Lockup agreement that those shares can't be converted for 12 months.
