It says in the 10k:

“On December 13, 2022 the Company entered into an agreement to purchase the assets, software IP, and some liabilities of Core Business Holdings which is anticipated to be completed in the second fiscal quarter of 2023. This acquisition brings revenue and assets into the company to develop shareholder value.”

They haven‘t officially announced the closing of the deal but I think it‘s imminent with some of the action we have seen lately. Given the state of the OTC market out there right now, I don‘t know if the market will even show much appreciation for now if it closes. There are many great mergers out there on the OTC right now and most show zero interest in the market. Just a very bad time overall.
