I agree with what you say about the OTC. I also think our SP continues to linger because all the good news has yet to come to fruition. Yes, we are doing the SPAC deal, but not finished yet. Yes, we are moving to NASDQ, but have not yet. Yes, $800M from the gov't bank, but has not happened yet, yes, permit ready to break ground, but has yet to happen.....

I think we will begin to see true SP value once these things actually happen, especially the up listing to NASDQ.
