R/Ss are not my history. But I have done 2 this year and both companies TEWW and IHGR are trading at or above their R/S pps.

Just two this year and its only Feb...lol..

I cannot confirm or deny -- obviously we are dropping to par value.

The bigger issue is that with a current float approaching 1 billion we are just pawns for the MMs. The only way to deal with them is to reverse and restructure the company with better financing.

Lets see what happens with the GVT acquisition. This is a good, revenue producing company.
