#91754 RE: jack the bear #91752

Many believe a reasonable value for NioCorp should be approximately $4/ share, in the recent past and at least that today. But it’s not, so you have to pretend it is. Personally I believe it is worth that amount before the RS, so that’s the basis I accept as the value that has been overlooked. Tons of de-risking is out of the way, but the visibility and the muscle, has never been there to get a fair price per share, like the pretend $4. Institutional investors with clout can bring money and promotion and get the real value per share. When that happens, then you can throw the $4 pretend price back in as if it had been there all along. So the $4 x 10,000 will become $40 x 1,000. Thats the RS that gives the same $40,000 amount. It’s as if the institution money recognizes the overlooked value and makes up the difference in the end. So much for late than never, and hoping it works out that way or better!
